We are having an in-person meetup with a Christmas Meal and a few games on show.
Limited Numbers
Note: We are limited in numbers of attendees – with a maximum of 30, so it’ll be first to confirm we’re afraid! And please don’t cancel if you preorder food as that will cost Cornwall Games money! This also means we’re closed to the general public for this meetup.

Venue
Function Room – County Arms, Highertown, Truro, Cornwall, TR1 3PY
They have a lot of free car parking and have 3 electric car charge points which are allocated on a first come first served basis.
You may stay at the venue overnight before or after if required, but you will need to arrange this yourself .
To access via train
Turn right out of the station
Walk down the road until you get to the large round about
Turn right at the roundabout
Walk down that main A390 Highertown Road and you can see the Country Arms on your left. There’s a pedestrian island you can use to cross, or you can cross further down with lights.
You can use the pedestrian crossing next to Malabar Rd to cross over the road and come back towards the roundabout – where you will see the Country Arms
Accessibility
Accessible for those with limited mobility or needing pushchairs – full wheelchair and pushchair access with a stair lift up to the bar and accessible WC, lots of parking including for disabled users. Children are welcome, but are either ordering the main adult menu or you can bring along a packed lunch, and staff are very accommodating. Food is optional. All their bedrooms are located on the ground or first floor, and have 2 universal rooms which have been carefully designed to be wheelchair friendly. Have another query about the venue?
