GENERA LABS innovative, AI-powered, no-code, B2B software for digital creatives, game developers and studios, enabling them to build production-ready digital clothing in a matter of seconds. 

We are looking for assistance in building our clientele while reinforcing our marketing strategy on designated channels.

Role: Digital marketer / head of partnerships, 2 days per week

Start date: ASAP

Engagement: 3th June (earliest) – 30th Sep, 2 days a week.

Business Development:

Review sales pitch deck (already exists, CEO can adjust it based on feedback)
Identify new business opportunities
Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them
Help CEO to plan sales campaigns
Create a sales pipeline
If needed, negotiate pricing with customers

Assisting CEO with marketing strategy: LinkedIn posts with CEO (1-2 a week)
Potential chat about other channels later on (high level)

Experience:

Deep understanding of digital fashion, fashion, entertainment, influencer landscape
Previous work experience with fashion brands, retailers, designers, entertainment personalities and influencers as clientele / campaigns
Strong experience with crafting sales pitches
Strong experience in identifying new business opportunities
Experience with digital marketing
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
An excellent online communications (e.g. Zoom) manner for making initial contact and for ongoing communication with customers and business associates
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
Written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills
IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets
Team working skills and a collaborative approach to work
Decision-making skills
Negotiating skills
Degree in business development or business management (business studies, international relations, marketing) preferred
